I'm not sure if this is the first time at the Lot, but it is one of the earliest times there. February 2, 2013.
These are the original plans, with our tweaks written on there.
February 13, Kevin drew a line on the snow so we could see where the back of the house would be.
February 20. Here's when they started digging on the lot next to ours.
The day they found the stake at the top defining our lot!
We pretty much just waited for the months of March and April for finalization of the house plans, pricing, and permit from the city. It was slow and kind of obnoxious, but we survived it. :) We walked over to The Lot any chance we could get and would sit and scheme and dream.
